A One-Year Leadership Development Programme for Current and Aspiring Leaders.

Drawing from the success of executive team leadership development programmes we have run at large NHS Trusts over the past decade, as well as having coached many individual NHS executive directors in NHS Trusts across the country, we are launching a one-year development programme designed specifically for NHS executive directors and aspiring directors facing today's complex healthcare environment.

The programme will build a developmental community of leaders committed to the development of their own unique, enduring leadership qualities.

We expect the programme to begin in Spring 2026.
